Emaar Misr’s Story
Emaar Misr started its business as a leading company in the field of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) more than 40 years ago, where it was established in 1980, by its first founder, Haj “Ahmed Kanfoud” who personally took over the implementation of the company’s operations.
The company was famous for its good reputation, high professionalism and accuracy of execution in a short time and became renowned throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt with the nickname “Kanfoud” after its founder.
The company expanded to become a giant entity implementing major national projects inside Egypt, and has raised its benchmark to launch throughout the Arab world implementing many mega projects in cooperation with many major institutions in the GCC region.
